A CD/DVD containing the pre-installed software necessary to create an integrated server (including one of the open source EHRs listed on the Main Page) can be mailed to you or can be installed on a computer for you. All servers come pre-configured with a wiki (MediaWiki), Drupal website (with an optional online store), integrated BigBlueButton and Skype teleconferencing systems, a Moodle online training system (for your patients and employees), a DaviCal group calendar server, and an Astronaut OpenVistA electronic health record system (other open-source EHRs also available on request). All software is free and open-source (including the Ubuntu operating system), so there are no licensing fees (and it is yours once you get it). There is abundant online support, or you can use the Bidwell Healthcare Consulting service for help, training, and customization (including medical content).
You can choose to use your own local IT expert or we can activate an SSH/VNC connection so that we can provide ongoing remote assistance and customization. We can even come to your facility (we have lots of bus schedules).
